Amendments to bookings

We require 48 hours 'notice for all amendments and a  fee of £20.00 is charged for the amendment, this includes dates or times (excluding weather permitting cancellations) payable cash on the day of your experience. Failure to turn up on the day automatically cancels your booking and you cannot rebook. No refunds can be given. On arrival please show a printout of your voucher or confirmation email, however, we will accept them on your phone. Should your experience get cancelled due to adverse weather, we will advise by text and/or email, you must acknowledge one or the other to allow you to rebook. Just to remind you that you will be part of a small group session.

Spectators

Spectators are more than welcome to join us; a supplement of £15pp is payable in cash on the day.  There is no need to pre-book any spectators. Please note children 10 years and under are FREE to spectate, however, they must be accompanied by a fully paying adult. Children of 10 years + will be charged £10 to spectate, again with an adult paying too.

Weather dependent experiences

In the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions, we will contact you via email.  We would ask that you acknowledge receipt of the email so that we know you have received the cancellation notice.  You will then be offered alternative dates irrespective of your voucher expiry date.  We cannot be held responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses such as hotels, camping, travel cost, etc.

Late Arrivals

If your experience is at Westmill Farm, Hertfordshire, head towards the Three Lakes Restaurant, face the restaurant, and walk to your right-hand side, down a slope, we are located at the Falconry Meeting Point.

If your experience is at Harvest Barn Farm, Peterborough, we shall meet you in the car park area.

Suitable clothing

We strongly advise you wear your own facial covering and keep within you 'family group bubble'. Please respect everyone else space on the experience and keep where possible 2 meters apart. We recommend suitable outdoor clothing (no fur collars) and sturdy footwear as you will be standing in the middle of a field!
